These terms address use of Tandvero’s marketing website and its informational content. They do not replace the agreement for a paid Tandvero plan, a tax-preparation engagement, or services delivered by a partner. Those agreements should explain the services, responsibilities, payment obligations, and other terms that apply to your engagement.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Tandvero, explore resources, and request a consultation. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access systems without permission, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person or business.
Consultations and enrollment
A request for a consultation or demonstration is an inquiry. It does not book an appointment, reserve a place, create an application account, or enroll you in a paid plan. We will discuss fit, availability, and the proposed services with you before enrollment.
Tandvero limits enrollment to support the level of personal service offered. Availability is confirmed during the consultation process. There is no obligation to purchase simply because you request or attend a demonstration.
Pricing and service agreements
The website presents an annual service plan with the payment options shown on the pricing page. Daily equivalents and monthly comparisons are explanatory calculations; they do not create a daily payment plan or a month-to-month cancellation right.
Before you agree to purchase, your service agreement should state the total price, payment schedule, covered services, renewal terms, and cancellation or refund provisions. The agreement should also identify government filing fees and other third-party expenses that are not included. Do not assume that an introductory offer sets the price for later renewals.
Business setup and upkeep assistance is limited to work that can be completed remotely. In-person appointments and requirements are not included. The scope of website design, updates, logo design, and other included services should be confirmed in your agreement.
Information, examples, and professional advice
Articles, product descriptions, and illustrative examples provide general information. They are not individualized tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Financial outcomes depend on your records, circumstances, decisions, and applicable rules.
Sample projects, dashboard illustrations, and financial figures are fictional examples, not live client accounts. They explain the intended experience and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, tax savings, or a particular result.
Personal tax advice and return preparation require an appropriate engagement with the tax specialist. Website use alone does not establish that engagement or authorize access to confidential tax information.
Partners and external links
Tandvero works with BTS.TAX, Trijour Media Design, and Cryogen Systems in the roles described on this website. Your agreement should identify the provider responsible for each service. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those websites have their own terms and privacy notices.
Website materials
Website text, designs, illustrations, and brand marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and share links to its public pages. Other use of protected materials requires permission from the applicable rights holder unless allowed by law.
These website terms do not determine rights in a custom website, logo, or other deliverable created for a client. Those details belong in the applicable service agreement.
Availability and changes
We may update website information or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or other operational reasons. Confirm current pricing, service scope, and availability before making a purchase decision. Changes to website content do not, by themselves, rewrite an existing signed service agreement.
